Union Market has become one of Washington, DC’s fastest-growing neighborhoods. New homes, businesses, restaurants, and public spaces continue to shape our community, bringing exciting opportunities alongside new challenges.
As our neighborhood evolves, residents deserve leadership that listens, communicates openly, and advocates for the people who call this community home.
Every resident should feel safe walking our streets, every local business should have the opportunity to thrive, and every neighborhood decision should reflect the voices of the people most affected by it. Growth should strengthen our community—not leave residents feeling unheard or disconnected from the decisions that shape their daily lives.
That is why I believe Union Market deserves leadership that is present, accessible, and committed to serving every member of our community.
I’m running for Advisory Neighborhood Commissioner because I believe every resident deserves to be heard.
For me, public service begins with listening. The role of an ANC Commissioner is more than attending meetings or reviewing development proposals—it’s about building relationships, solving problems, and ensuring residents have a trusted advocate at the table.
I believe strong neighborhoods are built through collaboration, transparency, and accountability. Whether it’s improving public safety, supporting local businesses, encouraging responsible development, or strengthening communication between residents and District agencies, every decision should put our community first.
Throughout my campaign, I’ve had the privilege of speaking with neighbors, business owners, families, and community leaders who all share a common goal: creating a safer, cleaner, and more connected Union Market. Those conversations continue to inspire my commitment to serve.
